Vegan Gluten-free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies



I started this recipe by gathering all of my ingredients, then I mixed all of my dry ingredients together in a big bowl, and added my wet ingredients to the dry.



Then I took and put the cookie dough on an oiled cookie sheet, I used about a tablespoon of cookie dough for each cookie. I was able to make about six cookies at once, but depending on the size of the cookies you want, and your cookie sheet, you should be able to make more.




I put my cookies in the oven at 325 for 20 minutes, and they turned out perfectly. If you make larger cookies, they make take a little bit longer to bake, and if you make smaller ones you might want to check on them a little sooner.


Vegan Gluten-free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup old fashioned oats 1 cup almond milk 2-3 tbsp avocado oil 1 cup chocolate chips


Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Mix together wet ingredients.

  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  5. Evenly place a tablespoon of cookie dough for each cookie onto an oiled cookie sheet, until you run out of room.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Makes about 16.
